Warehouse Associate
Pay: ~$20.00 per hour (performance-based raises and growth opportunities available)
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
About Us
We're a fast-growing e-commerce and livestream retail company selling sneakers, apparel, and more on Whatnot and other marketplaces. Our business is scaling quickly, and our warehouse team is at the heart of everything we do. This isn't a typical warehouse job — every day brings something new, and we need people who thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Why This Role Matters
Our warehouse is the engine that keeps our operation moving. From packing live orders during shows, to prepping shipments for Amazon, to scanning pallets and logging sales in spreadsheets — you'll be hands-on with all the moving parts that fuel our growth. This role is the perfect entry point for someone looking to get their foot in the door at a young, hungry company where many of our top team members started in the warehouse before moving into higher-responsibility (and higher-earning) roles.
What Success Looks Like
Successful warehouse associates at our company:
- Show accountability — you take ownership of tasks and see them through.
- Demonstrate responsibility — you don't wait to be told twice; you handle what needs doing.
- Have strong reliability — you show up on time, every time, ready to work.
- Possess self-drive — you're motivated to improve, learn, and contribute without needing constant oversight.
- Are adaptable — one day you're shipping shoes, the next you're moving pallets or logging inventory in Google Sheets.
Where We've Seen People Struggle
To be clear, this job is not for everyone. Past hires who didn't work out struggled with:
- Showing up late or not showing up at all
- Passing responsibility off instead of owning it
- Needing constant reminders instead of taking initiative
- Treating the job as "just a shift" instead of a chance to grow
If any of that sounds like you, this may not be the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders during and after livestreams
- Merchandise and prep product before each livestream
- Assist livestream hosts during shows
- Log sales, shipments, and inventory in Google Sheets
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Prepare outbound shipments (including Amazon FBA shipments and pallet deliveries to customers)
- Safely move, load, and unload pallets as needed

Qualifications
- Warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Basic math and reading skills
- Comfort with Google Sheets or willingness to learn quickly
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours (some days streams may run late into the evening, others may start mid-day)
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
What You'll Gain
- $20/hr starting pay with potential for raises and additional compensation based on performance
- Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company (many of our best employees started here and now lead teams, projects, and even earn commissions)
- Experience in a unique and growing industry at the intersection of e-commerce, livestreaming, and wholesale distribution
