Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for setting the tone of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Prepare and cook menu items to order, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the preparation and storage of ingredients.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.

• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of classical cuisine.
