Job Description:

The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the entire food preparation process, from menu planning and inventory management to ensuring seamless service during peak hours. This individual must have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily kitchen operations, including food production, presentation, and safety
• Develop and implement new recipes, menus, and cooking techniques to enhance our offerings
• Lead and direct kitchen staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization throughout the kitchen
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Proven track record of menu development, kitchen optimization, and team leadership
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and codes
