Culinary Artist - Sushi Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef to join our culinary team.

• Create and manage the sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish
• Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
• Assist in ordering and inventory management

The ideal candidate has:

• Excellent knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
• Able to work both fast and accurately
• Strong team spirit and coaching abilities
