Join a dynamic food team as a skilled Culinary Professional to deliver exceptional dining experiences for corporate and social events.
This role offers opportunities to showcase your culinary creativity and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Preparation: Prepare ingredients according to recipes and event menus, ensuring consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Event Production: Package and label food for delivery and on-site service, setup and break down food stations when needed, and support on-site cooking for events.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, and equipment, follow food-safety standards, monitor inventory, and report shortages.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume cooking and banquet production, strong knife skills, and recipe execution. They must also possess excellent multitasking abilities, be able to lift 40-50 lbs, and stand for long periods. Requirements:
- 2+ years as a line cook, prep cook, or catering cook (Preferred)
- Experience with high-volume cooking and banquet production
- Strong knife skills and recipe execution
- Ability To Multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety rules and kitchen organization
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for long periods
Benefits:
- Overtime available during peak seasons
- $23-$32 per hour Depending on Experience
