- Monitor and achieve targets related to sales, purchasing, and labor productivity.
- Ensure optimal product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control practices.
- Establish strong relationships with department leaders and vendors to drive business outcomes.
- Set high standards for retail execution and maintain them consistently.
- Motivate team members to provide excellent customer service; respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members to build a high-performance team.
- Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback.
- Communicate WFM vision and goals effectively, inspiring team members to strive for excellence.
