Culinary Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients and kitchen stations to ensure optimal efficiency.

• Preparation and presentation of ingredients will be your primary focus, working closely with our Head Chef.
• You will maintain high standards of mise-en-place throughout service, adhering to strict guidelines.
• Kitchen cleanliness and sanitation will be paramount, upholding rigorous standards at all times.
• You will collaborate with your team members to achieve seamless service and support them in various kitchen tasks as needed.

• Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.
• A strong knowledge of ingredients, including their properties and uses, is vital.
• Excellent communication skills are crucial for effective teamwork and collaboration.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability are highly valued in this role.
• Availability to work weekend evenings (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is required.
