Kitchen Operations Manager

The Suites Chef will play a key part in managing high-volume kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and leading the culinary team at Miami Freedom Park.

• Lead and motivate the culinary team, focusing on production efficiency, proper culinary techniques, adherence to recipe standards and high-quality food preparation.
• Assist in the recruitment, training and mentoring of team members while fostering a cohesive work environment.
• Support the management of food and labor costs, create schedules, oversee inventory control, manage ordering and receiving processes, maintain a safe, sanitary and organized kitchen that meets state and local health department regulations and company policies.
