• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving issues efficiently.
• Expand your skillset through cross-training, working in multiple areas throughout the store, which may include cashiering.
• Process customer transactions, manage returns and credits, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure shelves and displays are properly stocked, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Rotate products, remove expired items, and maintain Electronic Shelf Label signage for optimal visibility.
• Stay informed about new products and their placement to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain high retail standards, adhering to all 365 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in fiscal period and quarter-end inventory counts.
• Communicate relevant information to leadership for strategic decision-making.

• Basic computer proficiency
• Proactive problem-solving with excellent follow-through and listening skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication
• In-depth knowledge of products throughout the store or ability to learn quickly
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
