Food Preparation Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Preparation Sanitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our food preparation areas.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in food preparation areas, including floors, walls, drains, and equipment
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Assist with receiving and storing products, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored at the correct temperatures
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
