Sushi Cook

We are seeking a Japanese Cuisine Cook (or a cook with strong experience in Japanese cooking) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Japanese techniques and preferably has sushi experience, including basic knife skills and fish handling.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean execution, understands Japanese ingredients, and wants to grow within a neighborhood restaurant setting.
