We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for managing your station, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily food preparation and duties assigned by the Sous Chef to meet quality standards.
- Evaluate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure consistency.
- Practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Maintain the highest standards in food production, preparation, and presentation.
- Ensure effective communication between staff members and maintain a secure and friendly working environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated expertise in French cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
