About the Role
As a skilled Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat and seafood products. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this position.

The Meat Cutter is accountable for:

  • Cutting, trimming, preparing and packaging meat and seafood products according to established standards
  • Conducting regular quality checks to guarantee freshness and adherence to food safety regulations
  • Greeting and assisting customers with their selections, providing recommendations and specific cuts upon request
  • Estimating inventory needs, ordering supplies and confirming deliveries with vendors
  • Maintaining organized product displays and ensuring accurate signage and pricing
