Job Overview

The June is Jacksonville's newest Private Membership Club. The successful candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, working closely with the Executive Chef to execute the culinary vision of the Ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless and efficient kitchen operations that prioritize Member and Guest experience.
  • Lead the back-of-house team in preparation, setup, and execution of each day's services, coordination, and execution of events.
  • Develop, teach, and maintain recipes and techniques.
  • Effectively communicate and provide direction to the team, prioritizing tasks and managing demands to complete daily tasks with urgency.
  • Assist in creating and implementing systems and procedures for maintenance and operational efficiency.
Qualification Standards
  • Michelin-Star/Fine Dining Restaurant Experience Preferred.
  • 5+ years Management Role with Prior CDC Experience Required.
  • Food Safe Certified.
  • Experience with a dedication towards French Cuisine.

The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and be skilled in Culinary Operations , able to lead and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results. They must also be familiar with food safety practices and have a strong understanding of Culinary Techniques . A background in fine dining restaurants is highly desirable.
