Senior Dining Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, leading teams, and driving results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the restaurant team, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly. They will also be involved in menu development, staff hiring and training, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Leading the restaurant team to achieve exceptional performance
• Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure maximum profitability
• Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales and growth
• Coordinating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and beverages
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in restaurant management, with a strong background in supervisory or management roles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
