Executive Chef - Corporate Events

A skilled Catering Cook is sought to prepare high-quality food for corporate and social events.

• Food Preparation and Cooking : Prepare ingredients according to established recipes, cook hot and cold dishes to ensure consistent taste and presentation.
• Event Production : Package and label food, setup and break down food stations, support on-site cooking operations.
• Kitchen Operations : Maintain kitchen cleanliness, adhere to strict food-safety standards, monitor inventory levels and report shortages in a timely manner.
• Teamwork & Communication : Collaborate closely with chefs, drivers, and servers to coordinate timing and execute events seamlessly.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Catering Cook or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
