Under the strategic direction of a senior culinary leader, this role serves as the key driver of culinary innovation and storytelling in a high-end dining venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting immersive guest experiences through carefully curated pairing journeys with mixologists and sommeliers.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in team development and engagement. They will lead a high-performing brigade in a luxury, high-volume environment, ensuring excellence in taste, presentation, and timeliness. Key responsibilities include operational oversight, strategic culinary leadership, financial management, compliance, safety protocols, ingredient sourcing, policy development, and innovation.
This is an opportunity to define and execute the culinary vision for a luxury dining venue, developing globally inspired, seasonal menus that elevate the dining experience and reflect current trends in fine dining. Collaboration with mixologists and sommeliers will be essential to create curated pairing experiences that enhance guest satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a Culinary Arts Associate's degree and a minimum of four years' experience as an Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine, preferably in a resort or casino culinary operations environment. A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are required.
