Senior Restaurant Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled General Manager to lead our team and drive restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restaurants and leading high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring restaurant performance, controlling seating, and overseeing menu changes. They will also be responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff, as well as ensuring excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily meetings to foster a positive and educational work environment
• Monitor restaurant performance and make adjustments as needed
• Hire, train, and develop staff members
• Ensure excellent guest service by anticipating and meeting guests' needs

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive restaurant experience, with 5 years in senior management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service

What We Offer:

Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
