We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and drive innovation in the kitchen.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, developing recipes, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Culinary Leadership: Oversee quality of food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency across all menu items
- Staff Management: Hire, train, develop, and appraise staff effectively, promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Recipe Development: Develop new recipes and portion specifications according to consumer tastes and budgetary constraints
- Operational Analysis: Prepare operational reports and analyses to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaboration: Work closely with General Managers to ensure consistency of product and plan for upcoming events
- Cost Control: Manage food costs and labor costs in the assigned restaurant, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to improve profitability
