We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Leader to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, overseeing menu development, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the kitchen team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with the Chef de Cuisine to create innovative and delicious dishes.
- Collaborate with the Pastry Sous Chef to design and execute visually appealing desserts and pastries.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably in a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, kitchen management, and staff training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
- Food Safe Certified and able to obtain any necessary licenses or certifications.
