• Collaborate with culinary leadership to design harmonious dessert pairings with sake, Japanese whisky, cocktails, and wine.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety in all pastry preparation and plating.
• Manage dessert station prep, inventory, storage, and organization to support smooth service.
