We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in senior management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

- The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operation, including menu planning, food production, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- To plan and implement menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients and culinary techniques.
- To oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of food quality.
- To manage and develop the culinary team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that all staff reach their full potential.
- To maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- 10+ years of progressive culinary experience, with 5+ years in senior management.
- Prior experience in managing large teams, developing menus, and maintaining kitchen operations.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
- A proven track record of driving business growth and improving profitability.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
