Chef de Partie

Our kitchen team is looking for a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our crew. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and attention to detail.

• Preparing and presenting menu items in accordance with restaurant standards


• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently


• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen


• Monitoring inventory levels and managing supplies


• Following food safety guidelines at all times

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least one year of high-volume kitchen experience


• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure


• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
