*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
* Document patient care accurately maintain comprehensive patient records.
* Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support
* Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
* Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis
* Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care
* Take X-rays, intraoral photos and/or dental impressions/scans
* Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
*Experience*
* Valid PA Dental Hygienist License
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA)
* Outstanding communication skills
* A patient and friendly personality
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively with other team members.
Schedule:
* 1 hour appointments
* Paid lunch
* Day shift
* Initially looking for availability for 1 to 2 days per week. Days are flexible. No Fridays or weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 18 per week
