CULINARY DEMONSTRATION CHEF needed in White Plains, NY

About the Opportunity:

Events on Oct. 15 & Oct. 16

We are seeking a talented and engaging Chef Instructor to lead educational, interactive, and hands-on culinary demonstrations for our corporate clients. These events are designed to inspire healthier cooking, team engagement, and culinary creativity in a professional workplace setting.

This is a freelance/contract role with as-needed scheduling, and has the potential for both on-site and virtual events in the future.

Event Details & Compensation:

• Demonstration Length: 1 hour
• Pay Rate: $500 per event
• Materials Stipend: Up to $250 (receipts required)

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging and educational cooking demonstrations for corporate groups
• Share culinary techniques, nutrition insights, and practical cooking tips
• Encourage audience participation and interaction throughout the session
• Manage event timing and maintain a professional, fun, and approachable atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience
• Strong teaching, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Ability to create engaging, interactive, and professional experiences
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable in corporate settings

Opportunities:

• Corporate events are scheduled on an as-needed basis
• Potential for virtual demonstrations in addition to on-site sessions
