Food Production Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Food Production Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with food production for various venues, ensuring accurate measurement and recipe adherence during production.

• Assist with food production for multiple venues.
• Label, date, initialize, cover, and rotate prepared foods.
• Evaluate product quality and preparation against guidelines.
• Document waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.

1. Help customers understand product differences between store offerings.
2. Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
3. Follow established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
4. Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensure accuracy of signs and pricing.

• Thorough knowledge of products.
• Able to produce recipes per shift based on batch size.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to meet customer service expectations and standards in all interactions.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
