Retail Sales Associate

As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive atmosphere for customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system
• Handle cash credit and debit card transactions with precision and care
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively upsell products
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering their inquiries

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
