Bakery Sales Associate

Our team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our bakery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and preparing products, maintaining the bakery area and displays, and selling product in support of our high standards.

• Break down deliveries and stock shelves efficiently.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to all safety protocols, and ensure that all products are properly stored and rotated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked.
• Assist with sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing.

Additional Duties:

• Arrive on time, groomed, dressed, and ready to work; work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs in a timely manner, and model suggestive selling techniques.
