Milo is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team and uphold our culinary standards. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for exceptional cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and plating
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff while fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to meet budget targets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with management on seasonal menu changes and special events

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of culinary experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven track record of maintaining food cost and labor efficiency
