We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in bakery production, with a proven track record of managing production schedules and inventory systems autonomously.
This role requires a disciplined and organized individual capable of overseeing high-volume execution, inventory logistics, and quality control without micromanagement.
- Maintain strict standardization of all recipes.
- Ensure crumb structure and moisture content remain identical whether production is for a single tasting box or a large corporate event.
- Execute production of high-end confectionery items (macarons, chocolates, cookies) to a refined standard.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Master Production Schedule, ensuring substrates are ready for finishing on time, and maintaining a clinical standard of sanitation and organization throughout the facility.
