Candidates should hold a Certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field and have at least two years' experience in fine dining as a Pastry Cook or relevant role. They must demonstrate a strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen processes, creative flair, attention to detail, and knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
