Key ResponsibilitiesSome of the essential duties include:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including production, plating, and service
- Develop and refine seasonal menus that showcase French brasserie cuisine
- Collaborate with pastry/bakery teams to integrate breads, viennoiserie, and desserts into the menu
- Hire, mentor, and develop culinary team members to achieve business objectives
