  • The ideal candidate will oversee kitchen production, plating, and service ensuring high-quality service consistency and creative menu development.
  • Responsibilities include leading day-to-day kitchen operations, developing seasonal French brasserie-driven menus, collaborating with pastry/bakery teams, and hiring/mentoring culinary team members.

Key Responsibilities
