We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Morning Production Specialist to manage morning baking, prep, and production for our high-volume dessert café. This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to work independently while executing daily production before opening.
About the Role:
This position involves commercial kitchen equipment; therefore, candidates must be 18 or older. ServSafe certification preferred; certification cost covered if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Complete all morning baking, prep, and production within the 9 AM–2 PM shift
