Job Title: Kitchen Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and people-driven leader to oversee daily BOH operations, ensure food quality, safety, cost control, and team leadership across the kitchen.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, hands-on Kitchen Manager to join a rapidly growing multi-unit restaurant group and drive consistency, efficiency, and excellence in execution.
The Role:- Manage all daily kitchen operations across assigned locations
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution
- Coordinate ordering, inventory, waste control, and food cost
- Enforce all DOH, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Lead scheduling, training, and performance management
- Hire, onboard, and develop BOH team members
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient kitchen systems
- Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service
- Support new openings and cross-training as the group continues to grow
- 2–5+ years of Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH Leadership experience
- Background in high-volume, fast-casual, casual upscale, or full-service restaurants
- Strong knowledge of food safety, inventory, and labor management
- Proven ability to lead, train, and retain teams
- Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Growth-minded and excited about long-term career advancement within the company
