Front of House Ambassador

Job Description:

We are seeking a Front of House Ambassador to provide exceptional guest experiences.

• Greet guests with professionalism and warmth


• Manage reservations and guest flow using booking platforms


• Maintain detailed knowledge of the reservation book, wait times and VIPs


• Communicate with the FOH team to ensure smooth pacing and accurate seating


• Anticipate guest needs, accommodate special requests and resolve issues with poise


• Maintain a clean organized host stand and entry area at all times

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment


• Detailed knowledge of reservation systems and wine knowledge (a plus)


• A warm and welcoming demeanor


• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently


• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations discreetly
