Master Sushi Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality sushi dishes under the direction of our culinary lead.

• Prepare a wide range of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, and specialty rolls, using traditional Japanese techniques and rice cookery.
• Assist with rice preparation, fish cutting, and general mise en place for sushi production.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.

You will have prior experience in a professional kitchen and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese ingredients. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
