We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team at Whole Foods Market . As a Seafood Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our seafood department, including inventory management, customer service, and team member supervision. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the seafood department, including inventory management and customer service
• Supervise and train team members to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality product presentation
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and implement new initiatives
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 18+ months retail experience, with at least 6 months of supervisory experience
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Standing/walking: 6-8 hours per day

• Exposure to temperatures 90°F
• Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
• Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment
