We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing the hourly back-of-house staff and assisting in the day-to-day operations of all areas of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and train line cooks to create menu items following established recipes
- Assist in production, prep, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving
- Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
- 3 years of progressive culinary experience
- 1 year of experience in a Lead Cook or Sous Chef position
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000/yr, plus a generous quarterly bonus program. You will also receive full benefit eligibility after 30 days of employment, including Major Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
