We are seeking an exceptional culinary leader to lead and manage our pastry and bakery operations across four restaurant locations.
This role combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight, including recipe development, staff training, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement pastry and bakery menu items that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Mentor and train the pastry team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Oversee purchasing and verify product delivery to ensure we have the highest quality ingredients available.
- Ensure that all products are made to the highest standard and meet the needs of our restaurants.
- Achieve operational excellence by maintaining production standards, upholding company values, and driving profitability.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You will work closely with the management team to achieve our goals and maintain a positive working environment.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of kitchen management experience, formal culinary training, and a Food Service Manager Certificate. You must be able to communicate effectively with guests, lift up to 50 pounds, and work long hours in a standing position.
