Marketing Director Role Summary
The Marketing Director leads our brand strategy and marketing execution across multiple locations. This role is responsible for managing all marketing initiatives, building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting menu development through data-driven insights.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth.
- Create and manage marketing plans for each location.
- Oversee social media across all platforms, including scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Produce content including copy, photos, videos, and digital assets.
- Lead menu engineering and optimization by analyzing item performance and refining pricing, layout, and design.
- Maintain brand standards and produce branded materials for digital and print use.
- Analyze marketing performance and present key metrics to leadership.
- Work cross-functionally with managers and attend on-site events as needed.
