Executive Chef

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and lead a high-performing culinary team.
  2. Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in taste, presentation, and timeliness.
  3. Define and execute the culinary vision for The Pines Modern Steakhouse, driving innovation and storytelling through thoughtfully curated pairing journeys.
  4. Mentor and train chefs, cooks, and other personnel to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  5. Direct all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation and presentation, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  6. Collaborate with mixologists and sommeliers to craft immersive guest experiences through pairing journeys and special events.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing a high-volume environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Physical demands and working conditions may include:

  • Bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and carrying objects while walking or standing.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Exposure to heat, steam, and grease.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
