Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join our team in a challenging role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills. As an Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to event locations, approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the event start, to assist with pre-event setup and organization.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate distribution of materials and equipment to all prep tent areas.
  • Ensure table order and linen order is distributed correctly.
  • Assist the Premium Hospitality Director with additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Event Days:

  • Communicate effectively between the culinary and operations teams regarding food distribution timelines, shortages, and specialty needs.
  • Assume a Front of House Supervisor Role, overseeing specific duties at designated locations.

Post-Event:

  • Oversee equipment clean-up, ensuring all FOH Managers are informed and confident in packing up their areas.
  • Gather all specialty equipment according to how it should be prepared for either pick-up or packed onto trucks.
  • Assist the operations team in strategically packing semi-trucks for the next event.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to commit to the full year of scheduled events without interference from other work commitments.
  • 1+ years of high-volume hospitality and/or stadium food & beverage experience needed.
  • Experience in special events, traveling concerts, or live events is preferred.
  • Knowledge of catering operations and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to travel domestically throughout the year, often for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate through radios/walkie-talkies.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, such as moving, carrying, and lifting equipment (up to 50lbs).

  • Part-time hourly role with competitive pay rate ($25-$28/hr).
  • Ample opportunity for overtime during event days.

Travel Schedule:

  • Expect to be on the road traveling to events for approximately 2-3 weeks at a time.
  • Additional events may be added as the company continues to grow its portfolio.
