We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef who can lead our kitchen team with confidence and expertise.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes in a timely manner, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead ordering, inventory management, and prep planning to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Forecast production needs and align with cooks to meet customer demands.
Coordinate with front-of-house on inventory and daily operations to maintain seamless service.
Direct griddle and fryer stations during service, ensuring mise en place, setup/breakdown, and execution meet standards.
Manage tickets and maintain clear communication across the line while leading expo.
Uphold cleanliness, consistency, and food safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Proven ability as both line and prep cook, with consistent execution under pressure.
Skilled in organizing and delegating staff meals for a team of 30 people.
Precision in following SOPs, recipes, and instructions.
Advanced communication skills, including clear delegation, ticket management, and digital fluency (Slack, Google tools, kitchen systems).
Strong leadership mindset, motivates peers, builds team culture, and makes confident decisions.
Adaptability and willingness to step outside comfort zones for growth.
Genuine curiosity and passion for food and flavor.
Weekend availability required, with ability to help cover short staffing and special events.
