Key Responsibilities- Lead inventory management, prep planning, and ordering processes

- Ensure mise en place, setup, breakdown, and execution meet high standards
- Manage tickets and maintain clear communication across the line while leading expo
- Maintain cleanliness, consistency, and food safety throughout the kitchen
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on daily operations and tasks
- Effectively delegate responsibilities and mentor team members
- Model professionalism and accountability in a fast-paced kitchen environment
