The Chef de Cuisine plays a crucial role in shaping the guest experience through cooking and hospitality. This position supports the Executive Chef by overseeing kitchen operations, planning menus, and guiding daily tasks.

• Lead a high-performing kitchen team, maintaining excellence and hospitality throughout each day's service periods.
• Partner with the Executive Chef to maintain menu changes and seasonal ingredient updates.
• Set an example of a positive work environment for both teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Ensure back-of-house operations meet health code standards.
• Complete administrative requirements accurately and on time.
• Provide feedback and guidance, ensuring team members have a pathway for growth and development.
