This position requires a strong leader with 3-5 years of experience in managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety, sanitation, and quality control. Key skills include expertise in knife techniques, cooking methods (sauté, roast, grill, braise), stocks, sauces, and plating. A key asset for any kitchen team.
We are looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to sustainability through efficient prep, waste minimization, and creative use of trim/leftovers.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, product sourcing, and team building while overseeing daily prep lists, station assignments, and scheduling to optimize kitchen workflow and productivity.
