Executive Chef Candidate Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary team lead to drive excellence in our kitchen operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily kitchen operations, mentoring junior staff members, and collaborating with chefs to innovate new recipes.

1. Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
2. Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering growth and development within the team
3. Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu offerings and improve existing ones
4. Implement efficient inventory management systems, minimizing waste and optimizing resource allocation

• 2-4 years of culinary leadership experience
• Culinary arts degree preferred but not required
• Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and creativity in plating
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
