This is an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Leader to join our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can drive service excellence and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results. As a Restaurant Manager at Revel & Rye, you will be responsible for setting communication standards and best practices for the restaurant, working closely with leadership teams to drive service each day, and motivating team members to work together and hold each other accountable.

Duties:
  • Cultivate a culture of high-quality service and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the dining room.
  • BUILD POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KITCHEN LEADERS AND LINE STAFF DURING SERVICE PERIODS.
  • Provide support to all service staff and actively participate in the cycle of service as needed.
  • Collaborate with beverage management to conduct, reconcile and submit monthly beverage inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Accurately complete payroll processes on time and in accordance with business procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with DOL and Health Department regulations.
  • Deliver constructive feedback and guidance that promotes excellence and hospitality.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and develop the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fine dining restaurant environment, preferably with management experience.
  • 1+ year's experience working in a high-volume restaurant is required.
  • Experience working in Midtown Manhattan is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverages.
  • A strong passion for education and skill development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • PREFERRED BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR CERTIFICATION IN HOSPITALITY-RELATED FIELD OR EQUIVALENT EXPERTISE GAINED FROM TIME ON THE JOB.
  • English fluency and Spanish proficiency are preferred.
