Beverage Program Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and refined Beverage Program Coordinator to support our beverage program and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong mixology skills, refined service standards, and a passion for premium wines.

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and service standards
• Execute classic cocktails with consistency and precision
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine lists, including international selections
• Ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Provide courteous, attentive, and professional guest service
• Operate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Adhere strictly to TABC regulations and food safety guidelines

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-quality beverage program or restaurant setting
• Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, with emphasis on modern techniques
• TABC certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and commitment to hospitality
• Ability to multitask and remain poised in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in wine culture and traditions

Responsibilities:

• Promote a positive and inclusive beverage program
• Develop and implement seasonal menus and drink specials
• Foster relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
