Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our culinary team as a Prep Cook .

• This key role involves setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies, ensuring a seamless service delivery.
• The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Cooking menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff is also a crucial aspect of this position, requiring effective communication and teamwork skills.
• The successful candidate will answer executive or sous chef's instructions promptly and accurately, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Cleaning up station and taking care of leftover food is essential to maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
• In addition to these responsibilities, the Prep Cook will be tasked with stocking inventory appropriately, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available when needed.
• Lastly, the Prep Cook must ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion, meeting the expectations of our discerning customers.
